DESCRIPTION:

Customer may experience that the temperature inside the car starts to drop after approximate 20-40 minutes of driving with the climate control set in auto position.

PRODUCT MODIFICATION:

New climate unit implemented in production from Model Year 2012. (2011 week 20) not backwards compatible.

SERVICE:
In case of customer complaints download the latest CCM (Climate Control Module) upgrade and go into VIDA CCM advanced : Action for falling temperature and cold draft, change settings from Factory mode to Level 2.
