DESCRIPTION:
In cold weather condition the customer may experience not possible to open/close because of frozen lock. This is applicable for both front and rear door, except the S80 rear door.

Note:
This issue only applies to the door lock and not the door latch, if snow melt or rain water runs down past window trim then freezes over night or after sitting many hours in below freezing temperatures. Operation of the door latch should not be affected.

SERVICE:
In case of customer complaints, perform adjustment according to attachment.
