DESCRIPTION: We have received reports regarding knocking noise dashboard during warm up of the car. The noise has been located coming from the defrost channel area.

This has also occurred on warmer markets when cooling down the interior via the AC.

SERVICE: *Repair: Please see attachment.Apply spray lubricant oil around the defrost channel, use P/N 1161644.
