An overlying noise/hiss from all audio sources except AUX may be a problem in Integrated Audio Module (IAM).
The hiss can be described as crackling or poor radio reception.

Action
Go to the tab software and program the Integrated Audio Module (IAM) with the latest software.

CD player/Other CD player problems
Speakers/Crackly sound
Audio other/Other audio problems
