Fault-tracing information
The customer experiences problems with synchronising the telephone book or the calls list between certain mobile telephones and the Bluetooth phone module (BPM).

Action
Go to the tab software and program the control module with the latest software.
Test synchronising the telephone book between the mobile telephone and the Bluetooth phone module (BPM) to verify the results.
If the problem persists, check the number of calls in the calls list. The telephone book cannot be synchronised if calls list transfer takes longer than 20 seconds. Erase call from calls list for a better result.
