Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information AUU-U300362
Condition
Accessory USB Unit (AUU) checks the voltage feed and compares it with the voltage across the central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The difference between the voltage of Accessory USB Unit (AUU) and central electronic module (CEM) is greater than 2 V.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated control module.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.
Substitute value
- None.
Possible source
Signal too high:
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable.
Signal too low:
- Short-circuit to ground in the cable.
- Open-circuit in the power supply cable.
Fault symptom[s]
- USB unit/Does not work
Hint: If readings do not indicate a hardware fault, erasing the DTCs can remedy the problem.
