Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information TCM-P273000
Condition
The solenoids are controlled by power stages in the transmission control module (TCM). The transmission control module (TCM) opens the power stages to activate the solenoids and sends a voltage through the circuit.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The measured current value is higher than permitted in the circuit for solenoid SLB1.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition on.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute value
- Auxiliary program Emergency mode 1 in the transmission control module (TCM) has started.
Hint: Emergency mode in the event of a fault Emergency Mode In Case Of Malfunction
Possible source
- Control signal lead short-circuited to voltage.
- Line pressure solenoid SLB1 does not work.
- Internal fault in the transmission control module (TCM).
Fault symptom[s]
- Malfunction indicator light (MIL), on
- Abnormal slipping gearshifts
- Rough gear shift
- No gear shift
- Automatic transmission/Lockup does not work
- Text window and warning symbol/Red symbol and text message
- Warning lights and chimes/Malfunction Indicator Light ("Check engine" light) indication/no indication
