Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CEM-B1C9014

Condition
Central electronic module (CEM) activates, via a control signal, voltage supply to the extra lights.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The voltage on the control signal line is low even if Central electronic module (CEM) does not send activation signal.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Control module supplied with power.
- The relay for the auxiliary lamp must not be activated for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) to be stored.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Damaged fuse.
- Damaged relay.
- Short-circuit to ground in the power supply cable.
- Open-circuit in the power supply cable.

Fault symptom[s]
- Auxiliary lights do not function
