Condition
Power Operated Tailgate Module (POT) checks the signal from sensor, fully closed.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Sensor, completely closed, does not change its status.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts when:
- Opening of the tailgate lock unit has been activated.
- Closing of the tailgate's lock unit is activated.

Possible source
- Internal error in sensor completely closed.
- Detach the wires or connector from in the tailgate lock unit.
