Condition
- On a vehicle of station wagon model, the rear outer antenna is located in the tailgate.
- On a vehicle of sedan model, the rear outer antenna is located in the bumper.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- An electrical fault has occurred in the remote control or in the cables to the antenna.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activation of the antenna, when a search for passive keys is carried out.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
