Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PAC-B100E29

Condition
The parking assistance camera (PAC) module communicates with associated camera/cameras. Video signal is sent from the camera to the high level display front (HLDF) module via the parking assistance camera (PAC) module.
The diagnostic trouble code is stored if the control module detects:
- Incorrect signal between Parking Assistance Camera (PAC) and High Level Display Front (HLDF).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.





Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Loose connection or oxidation in the connections between Parking Assistance Camera (PAC) and High Level Display Front (HLDF).
- Open circuit or short-circuiting on signal line to High Level Display Front (HLDF).
- Damaged High Level Display Front (HLDF).
- Damaged Parking Assistance Camera (PAC).
