DESCRIPTION:
The following symptoms may be reported under the conditions set forth below.
Prerequisite:
Ongoing call via BPM (Bluetooth Phone Module) with engine off and then crank/start the engine.
Symptom:
Bluetooth communication between telephone and BPM may be interrupted.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION:
To prevent this symptom, an improved BPM SW was released 2011-09-21.
SERVICE:
If the above described symptom is present, please perform a BPM upgrade.
