Removal

Place the adhesive in the oven.
Use: Adhesive kit, 1161820

Use: Oven, 9814022, EU.
Use: Oven, 9814023, UK.

Remove the panel. Refer to: Panel, D-pillar Panel, D-Pillar

Insert both ends in the screwdriver.
















Release the winch from the window. Pull out the pin and move the winch. Hold the roller with your fingers so that the thread does not spin off.

Cut away adhesive residue.
Clean:

Installation




Alternative 1

Apply activator on existing adhesive bead, wipe dry. If any part of the frame has been painted, the painted surface should be primed.
Use: Primer, 1161824




Apply activator to the window. Wipe dry.




Use: Application gun 9814019, EU.
Use: Application gun 9814020, UK.
Use: Application gun 9814021, US, JP.
Apply adhesive. The adhesive bead shall be 6 mm wide, 12 mm high.
Install the window within 10 minutes.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
