AFFECTED VEHICLES

DESCRIPTION:

A customer may complain of a metallic knocking or rattling noise from the front shock absorbers when driving on uneven roads.

SERVICE:

If possible, first verify that the noise is coming from the front shock absorber using Chassis Ear tool kit. If a shock absorber is found faulty, replace it according to VIDA:
