Removal

Drain the refrigerant from the air conditioning system. Refer to: Refrigerant, draining Refrigerant, Draining.












Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: Drier filter, 11 Nm

Installation

Change and lubricate the O-rings with compressor oil.

To install, reverse the removal procedure

Vacuum pump the air conditioning system. Refer to: Vacuum pumping Vacuum Pumping.

Fill the air conditioning system with refrigerant. Refer to: Refrigerant, filling Refrigerant, Filling.

Leak-trace the air conditioning system. Refer to: Leak detection, tracer agent Leak Detection, Tracer Agent.

Carry out a performance test on the climate control system. Refer to: Climate control system, check Climate Control System, Check.
