Removal

Remove the battery cable. See Refer to: Battery Disconnecting

Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Service and Repair

Remove the engine coolant heater's exhaust pipe. Refer to: Fuel Fired Booster Heater Exhaust Pipe Service and Repair





Note! Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.





Note! Be prepared to collect escaping fuel.





Remove the following items:
1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. The electrical connectors, x3.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure

Order appropriate software. Programming and Relearning

Carry out a performance test on the engine coolant heater.
