Removal

Drain the cooling system. Service and Repair

Remove battery. Removal and Replacement












Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Slacken the tensioner using a 19 mm fixed wrench.
Lock the tensioner in the slackened position using a 3 mm pin.




Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Torque: Pressure line to power steering pump, 30 Nm




Make sure that the coupling's spring (2) clicks into place on the bonded part of the water pump (1).
Always use a new guide pin (3) when installing.








Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure

Refill the cooling system using filling equipment:
