999 7261 Position sensor 999 7261 Position Sensor








Torque: M6, 10 Nm





Install the following items:
- 999 7264 Counterhold 999 7264 Counterhold
- 999 7263 Counterhold 999 7263 Counterhold
- 999 7272 TORX 60 999 7272 Torx(R) 60
- Torque: Center bolt, exhaust camshaft Stage 1: 75 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree

- Torque: Center bolt, intake camshaft, 110 Nm

Remove the following items:
- 999 7264 Counterhold 999 7264 Counterhold
- 999 7263 Counterhold 999 7263 Counterhold
- 999 7272 TORX 60 999 7272 Torx(R) 60




999 7257 Wrench 999 7257 Wrench




Change the gasket.




Change seal for the intermediate shaft.





Install the following items:
- 999 7266 Position sensor 999 7266 Position Sensor
- 999 7267 Position sensor 999 7267 Position Sensor
Use the tool and 3 screws in the indicated spot to guide the cover and gasket into the right position.





Note! Install all bolts finger-tight before they are tightened.




Torque: M7, 17 Nm




Tighten the screws in sequence from no. 1 to no. 17.
Torque: M7, 17 Nm




Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Install the following items:
1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. Torque: M7, 17 Nm

3. Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Torque: Belt pulley auxiliary unit, 60 Nm
