Removal

Remove the auxiliaries brackets. Service and Repair

Drain the cooling system. Service and Repair

Remove and replace the gasket.




Remove and discard the intermediate shaft seal.

Installation




Use the tool and 3 screws in the indicated spot to guide the cover and gasket into the right position.

Insert all 20 M7 and 2 M8 screws. Do not tighten.




Torque: M7, 17 Nm




Tighten the screws marked in the figure in sequence from 1 to 17.
Torque: M7, 17 Nm




Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Install the following items:
- Torque: M6, 10 Nm

- Torque: M7, 17 Nm

- Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Install the following items:
- the drive wheel and new seal. Intermediate Shaft Gasket, Auxiliaries Side
- the auxiliaries brackets. Service and Repair
