Hint: The diagnostic trouble code indicates that a control module from another vehicle has been installed. If a Brake control module (BCM) has been installed from another vehicle with another configuration, the control module's configuration shall be reset. Erase the diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
Note! If other diagnostic trouble codes are stored in the control module these must be fault traced first.
- Ignition on.
- Erase the diagnostic trouble code (DTC).

- Ignition on.
- Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

The fault should have been detected and remedied. As this is not the case fault-tracing has failed.
