Is communication established?

Yes - Downloading new software

No - Replacing the control module

Downloading new software
Try fixing the problem by downloading new software in Keyless vehicle module (KVM).
When downloading, codes for immobilizer function will also be downloaded to Keyless vehicle module (KVM).
Check after downloading if the vehicle can be started via the keyless function.

No - Replacing the control module

An intermittent problem has occurred in the component.
If the fault is intermittent, it has been registered previously but is no longer present. Intermittent problem may be due to interference at start of the component or may be another type of problem that can return at different times. The fault is evaluated depending on how it occurs. If the fault recurs, replace component.
In case of a permanent fault, replace component.
