Checking components and connections
- Ignition on.
- Activate reading off the position of the throttle.
- Check that read-off throttle position shows reasonable values at different deployments.
- Ignition off.
Check if the throttle unit is blocked. Press the throttle disc to check for jamming.
Clean the throttle unit if necessary.
Hint: The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be stored as the adaptation value for the throttle unit is incorrect. To reset this adaptation, lift the battery pole for a few seconds, refit it and turn the ignition to ignition position II for at least 5 seconds.

- Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on
