Checking the connectors and hose connector
Check the hose connectors on the intake manifold for damage and leakage.
Check the connector and terminals on the pressure sensor. Check for contact resistance. Check for oxidation.
Remedy as necessary.

Hint: After carrying out the repair, check that the fault has been remedied.
- Ignition off
- Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on
Read off the pressure sensor signal for intake pressure and the atmospheric pressure sensor signal by clicking on the VCT2000 symbol.
Check that the values correspond. The atmospheric pressure sensor signal is used as a reference value in this check.
Is the value within its permitted range?
