Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CEM-B102408

Condition
The central electronic module (CEM) checks the identity of the remote key when the key is inserted in the ignition.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The remote key's ID cannot be validated.

Note! The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can also be stored if something, e.g. a finger is inserted into the starter module.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Closing of switch key-i in Start control module (SCU).

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
