Headlamp Washer Pump: Service and Repair

High-pressure washer headlamp, replacing

Removal

Removing the cover





Caution! Do not scratch the bumper.

Pull the cover straight out.
Remove the clip.
Carefully drop the arm for the washer back.
Remove the casing for the bumper. See: Bumper front, replacing Service and Repair.

Removing high pressure headlamp washer





Remove:
- the high-pressure washer. Press in the catches. Slide the washer backwards
- the washer hose.

Installation

Installing the high pressure headlamp washer





Install:
- the washer hose
- the high-pressure washer.

Installing the cover

Caution! Do not scratch the bumper.

Install the casing for the bumper. See: Bumper front, replacing Service and Repair.
Pull out the washer using pliers.

Install:
- the cover
- the 1 clip.
Carefully drop the arm for the washer back.

Finishing

Function test
Test the function.
