DESCRIPTION: Message may appear in the Drivers Information Module (DIM) "door open".

This may be caused by the door latch that gets into the ajar position after a full close operation.

Because of inaccurate adjustment of the latch door striker or door position the door closing forces may become too high.

SERVICE: Replace door latch in misaligned door. Install door hinge shim to correct alignment of door.
