Checking rear window auto defrosting

The problem with the setting in the ICM-menu for auto defrosting of the rear window not remembering its value (on/off) is due to a failure in the software for the Climate control module (CCM), which was released in structure week 200746. Even vehicles manufactured before 200746 may have obtained this software via a software upgrade.
Problem has been rectified in the software for the Climate control module (CCM), which was released before structure week 200820.
To correct the problem, the new software must be downloaded.
