Dismantling

Note! The connector has no secondary lock.

Disassembling primary lock




Use tool: 951 2631 Terminal removal tool 951 2631 Terminal Removal Tool to remove the primary lock. See the illustrations.
At the same time pull the cable carefully backwards.





Assembling

Assembling primary lock
Check that the cable terminal is undamaged.
Press the cable terminal into the housing.
Check that the seal is correctly positioned and the cable terminal has locked by carefully pulling the cable.
