Condition
The differential electronic module (DEM) checks that the signal from the oil temperature sensor is within the permitted range. If the signal from the sensor is lower than the predefined lower parameter, the control module interprets this as a fault and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.

- Connector resistance and oxidation in the connectors.
- Damaged oil pressure and oil temperature sensor.
