Condition




The Phone module (PHM) checks the status of the circuit to the SOS On Call switch.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The system voltage is greater than 4.78 V.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position I and II.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.

Possible source
- SOS and/or the On Call switch has a short-circuit to voltage or open-circuit.

- Missing or reduced functionality for Volvo On Call
- Message in the text display (applies only to phone modules (PHM) with Volvo On Call).
