Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the upper torque rod Refer to: Upper torque rod, B6304T2, B6324S, B8444S Upper Torque Rod

On both sides.

Remove control arm front Refer to: Front control arm Service and Repair




Torque: Front stabilizer bar link to stabilizer bar, 60 Nm

Remove the catalytic converter Refer to: Catalytic converter, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair








Torque: Right-hand engine pad to subframe Stage 1: 65 Nm Stage 2: 30 degree




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M12, 80 Nm




1. Torque: Lower torque rod to sub-frame Stage 1: 65 Nm Stage 2: 60 degree

2. Torque: M10, 50 Nm




Torque: M10, 50 Nm








Torque: Steering gear to subframe, 140 Nm




Torque: Collision member to subframe bracket, 60 Nm




Torque: Subframe bracket to body, 60 Nm





Caution! Make sure that no components catch.

Use: Transmission jack.




Torque: Subframe to chassis (Rear screws)Stage 1: 150 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree




Torque: Subframe to chassis (Front screws) Stage 1: 150 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree
