Installation





Note! Ensure that no hoses, wiring or anything else catches.

Stop the lift approximately 15 cm before the subframe reaches the frame members.
Install the driveshaft to the hub on both sides. Refer to: Driveshaft left, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD, B6304T2, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S, TF-80SC Driveshaft Left Driveshaft left, M66, M66 AWD Driveshaft Left and Drive shaft right, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD, B6304T2, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S, TF-80SC AWD Drive Shaft Right Drive shaft right, B6324S, TF-80SC Drive Shaft Right




Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Continue to raise the engine until there is approximately 50 mm to contact.





Caution! Guide the lower steering shaft into the hole in the firewall.

Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Installing the sub-frame

Install the following items:
- Torque: M10, 50 Nm

- Torque: Subframe to chassis (Front screws) Stage 1: 150 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree

- Torque: Subframe to chassis (Rear screws)Stage 1: 150 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree




Installing components in the front suspension.
Torque: Front stabilizer bar link to stabilizer bar, 60 Nm




Torque: M12, 80 Nm




Torque: M12, 80 Nm




Torque: Driveshaft to wheel hub (front)Stage 1: 35 Nm Stage 2: 90 degree




Installing fuel lines.




Installing the electrical connector on the steering gear.

Install the propeller shaft. Refer to: Propeller shaft, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD Propeller Shaft
























Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm
















Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Fill cooling system. Refer to: Service and Repair

Install the following items:
- air cleaner housing. Refer to: Air cleaner housing, B8444S Service and Repair
- battery. Refer to: Battery Removal and Replacement
- the upper torque rod. Refer to: Upper torque rod, B6304T2, B6324S, B8444S Upper Torque Rod
- accessory drive belt. Refer to: Auxiliary belt, B8444S Service and Repair
- catalytic converter. Refer to: Catalytic converter, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair
- position sensor front wheel suspension Refer to: Position sensor, suspension front Position Sensor, Suspension Front
- the front wheels. Refer to: Wheels Service and Repair
- engine control module (ECM). Refer to: Engine control module (ECM), B8444S Engine Control Module (ECM)
