Decal jubilee car, replacing

Removing the decal from the jubilee car
Carefully heat the decal. Use a hot-air gun.
Carefully lift one edge of the decal using a weatherstrip tool.
Caution! Do not damage the car paintwork.
Remove:
- the decal
- any tape residue.
Installing the decal on jubilee cars
Note! Always use a new decal.
The temperature of the surface to which the decal will be attached must be at least +20 °C.
Wash the area for the badge. Use a 50/50 mixture of isopropanol and water.
Wipe clean and dry using a lint-free cloth.
Note! In order for the decal to secure, the surface must be clean and free of dust and grease.
Remove the backing from the decal.
Guide the decal into the position indicated in the dimensions. Press the whole decal to ensure the tape is in good contact with the base and to work out any air bubbles.
Use the following measurements:
M1 = 67±1 mm, from the front door edge
M2 = 35±1 mm, from the lower edge of the trim molding
Check that the edge of the decal is in contact with the surface and properly secured.
Note! To ensure optimal adhesion, do not wash the car for 72 hours.
