Removal

Removing the styling roof rails





Remove:
- the front covers, 1 on each side.




- the rear covers, 1 on each side.




- the screws, 2 on each styling roof rail foot
- the styling roof rails
- the seals to the roof, 2 on each side.

Installation

Installing the styling roof rails
Remove dirt and dust from the area for the seal.
Use a clean, lint-free cloth or similar.
Install the seals on the styling roof rails, 2 on each side.

Note! Replace the foam seals if they are damaged.

Locate the styling roof rails in the correct position on the roof.
Screw in the 4 M6 screws on each side, only 2 turns.
Check that the screw threads engage.

Hint: Tighten the screws in 2 stages to prevent misalignment.

Tighten the screws according to Tightening torque [1][2]Body and Frame.

Caution! Do not exceed the tightening torque, since the seal can lose its function.

Install:
- the front covers, 1 on each side.
- the rear covers, 1 on each side.
