Adjustment
Adjusting front side window, side door
Raise the window and check that it enters in the rubber strip.
Adjust sideways so that the window runs right in the strip.
When adjusting sideways, the rearview mirror shall be loosened.
The adjusting screws at (1) and (2), move the window sideways. The screws are turned clockwise to move the side window inwards. Three revolutions are approx. 1 mm. Tighten acc. to: Tightening torque [1][2]Body and Frame.
The window's vertical position is adjusted with the screws (3) and (4).
Vertical adjustment:
Place a tape marking on the window 8 mm from the top edge.
Raise the window to a position where the tape is flush with the strip.
Vertical adjustment is performed with the side window lowered all the way against the adjusting screws.
Turn the screws clockwise to lower the side window. Use an Allen head 5 mm.
One revolution is 1 mm.
Check the window's position.
