Preparatory work

Important information

Caution! Ensure that the front wheels are pointing straight ahead before resetting and locking the contact reel.

Resetting

Resetting and locking contact reel, driver's airbag (SRS)




Turn the contact reel clockwise to the limit position (1).
Then turn the contact reel counter clockwise 2 whole turns (2).
Then turn counter clockwise further until the screw hole is at "11 o'clock" (3). See the illustration.

Note! The white marking must be visible through the window with the contact reel (4) in the correct position.

Install the Torx 10 screw. Tighten carefully.
The contact reel is now reset and locked (secured).
