The responsible workshop manager must confirm by signing and a service stamp. Alternative: use the information that has been issued by the national sales company / distributor / importer:

"In this vehicle the passenger airbag (SRS) is disconnected at the owner's request."

"Date XX-XX-XX (year-month-day). Odometer reading XXXXXX."

Print 3 copies of the form "Disconnecting passenger airbag (SRS), approval".
