Electronic Throttle Control Module: Service and Repair
Throttle Body (electronic Throttle Module (ETM)), Replacing

Removal
Removing the electronic throttle module (ETM)
Detach the hose clamp for the rubber hose on the electronic throttle module (ETM). Move the hose to one side.
Remove:
- the screws for the electronic throttle module (ETM). Disconnect the connector for the electronic throttle module (ETM)
- the electronic throttle module (ETM).
Installation
NOTE: For tightening torques, see Specifications.
Replacing the electronic throttle module (ETM)
Install:
- new gasket for the electronic throttle module (ETM)
- throttle body (TB)
- the screws for the electronic throttle module (ETM). Connect the connector to the electronic throttle module (ETM)
- the hose for the electronic throttle module (ETM). Tighten the hose clamp.
Finishing
Checks
Perform adaptation of the electronic throttle module (ETM).
Start the engine and check the function.
