Remove the shim if in position. Check functionality by operating the roof 3 cycles.




Check whether the wires are damaged




Check whether the cable harnesses are damaged




A = 20 mm




Check the rubber stops are located correctly.




Check the position and for any damage.




Check that the cables and hoses are secured and undamaged.








Check that they are not damaged.








A = max 38 mm




Make sure that the entire roller is lubricated.
