Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information SRS-0126

Condition
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks the signal from the occupant weight sensor (OWS) in the local CAN network.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers a configuration fault in the local CAN network for longer than 2.5 seconds.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on (12 V). In other words, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched from position 0 to positions I, II or III.
