Condition




The Keyless vehicle module (KVM) checks communications with the connected antennae when the speed of the vehicle exceeds 20 km/h (12 mph). The check is made every 5 operating cycles. If the control module registers that the signal from the left-hand antenna is too low, the (DTC) diagnostic trouble code is generated.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can always be diagnosed when the car is supplied with power.

Possible source
- A part of the circuit to the exterior, left-hand antenna is short circuited to ground.
- Exterior, left-hand antenna damaged.
