Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ICM-1D03 indicates that the software download has failed. This may be because the software download is not complete.
Try reloading the software.

- Ignition off
- Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on.
Activate the infotainment control module (ICM) by pressing the POWER button.
Check that the display lights.
Check that the sound source can be selected and that playback is working.

Is the infotainment control module (ICM) working?

Yes - Troubleshooting procedure complete

No - Replacing the component
