Hint: The diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are included in a larger fault-tracing for the symptom Starter motor not running.

The central electronic module (CEM) controls the power supply to the steering column lock module (SCL).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers a short-circuit to ground in the power supply cable for the steering column lock module (SCL).
