Installation





Caution! Make sure that no components catch.

Use: Unit lift.

Install the following items:
- Engine support insulator left Refer to: Engine support insulator left Engine Support Insulator Left
- Engine support insulator, right Refer to: Engine support insulator, right, B5244S4 Engine Support Insulator, Right




Torque: M8, 24 Nm




1. Torque: M10, 50 Nm

2. Torque: Pressure line to power steering pump, 30 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm
















Torque: M6, 10 Nm









Caution! Make sure that the quick release couplings are correctly engaged.

Assemble the following items:
- right-hand side fog lamp front Refer to: Front fog lights Removal and Replacement Front fog lights Removal and Replacement
- Driveshaft left Refer to: Driveshaft left, B5244S4, M56, B5244S4, AW55-50/51SN Driveshaft Left
- Drive shaft right Refer to: Drive shaft right, B5244S4, M56, B5244S4, AW55-50/51SN Drive Shaft Right
- the catalytic converter Refer to: Catalytic converter Service and Repair
- Front subframe
- Bracket lower torque rod Refer to: Bracket lower torque rod, B5244S4 Bracket Lower Torque Rod
- Tensioner accessory drive belt Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner, B5244S4 Service and Repair
- air cleaner (ACL) housing Refer to: Air cleaner housing Service and Repair
- battery Refer to: Battery, B5244S4 Removal and Replacement

Fill cooling system, draining, filling, and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B5244S4 Service and Repair

Perform clutch system venting Refer to: Bleeding the clutch system, B5244S4, M56 Service and Repair

Perform oil level power steering, check Refer to: Oil level, power steering, checking, B5244S4 Oil Level, Power Steering, Checking

Top up the engine oil Refer to: Engine Oil Service and Repair
