Condition







The oil level sensor sends information on engine oil level and quality to the engine control module (ECM). The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control module detects that the oil quality signal is too high.

The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the engine is running.

- The signal cable is short-circuited to supply voltage.
- Damaged oil level sensor.
