Revised Shift Cable Replacement

DESCRIPTION:
The procedure regarding gear selector replacement on vehicles with rear A/C (Air Conditioning) has been updated.

SERVICE:

1. Use the Gear Selector Cables, Replacement procedure with this supplement for replacement of the gear selector cable.
2. Remove the left front seat and move it backwards.





3. Remove driver's side front carpet.





4. Remove strap.

5. Prop up A/C pipe with wood or similar at location 1 2, and 3.
At location 3, use a pry bar to move the A/C pipe away from the gear selector cable attachment point (top left of picture).





6. Remove two nuts.





7. Continue replacement according to Gear Selector Cables, Replacement procedure.
