Removal

Removing drive shaft right-hand side

Removing the sealing ring




Outer sealing ring. Use: 999 5919 PULLER 999 5919 Puller.




Use: 999 2943 999 2943.

Installation

Installing a new sealing ring




Use 999 7190 Drift 999 7190 Drift , extend if necessary using 999 1801 STANDARD SHAFT 999 1801 Standard Shaft.

Finishing

Checking the oil level in the bevel gear
Check the oil level in the bevel gear. Refer to: Replacing the pinion seal for the bevel gear, TF-80SC AWD Replacing the Pinion Seal for the Bevel Gear.
Install the right driveshaft. Refer to: Drive shaft right, replacing, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S, TF-80SC, B6324S, TF-80SC AWD Drive Shaft Right, Replacing.
