Bushing Front Lateral Link






Bushing front lateral link, replacing

Special tools:

Removal

Disconnecting the lateral link
Remove the front mounting for the lateral link. See Lateral link, replacing Lateral Link, Replacing fold the lateral link down.

Removing the bushing





Note! Note the position of the bushing, lengthwise and direction of rotation.

If the vulcanizations of the bushing are defective, turn the center so that the mating surfaces are opposite each other.




Install the hydraulic cylinder as illustrated.
Use999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 with connecting rod999 7034 Connecting rod M12X400 999 7034 Connecting Rod M12X400 , nut999 7132 Nut M12 999 7132 Nut M12 , drift999 5082 Socket 999 5082 Socket and drift:999 7098 Drift 999 7098 Drift.
Pull the bushing out

Installation

Installing the bushing




Install the new bushing in the same position as the old bushing. See the notes.
Press in the new bushing

Installing the lateral link
Fold the lateral link up.
Install the front mounting for the lateral link. See Lateral link, replacing Lateral Link, Replacing.
