Information

Important information

Caution! In the event of suspected silicone leakage, see Occupant weight sensor (OWS), checking Component Tests and General Diagnostics.

Caution! The entire system must be replaced when replacing the occupant weight sensor (OWS). This is because the occupant weight sensor (OWS) components are calibrated to each other by the manufacturer. The occupant weight sensor (OWS), foam (seat cushion) and a pressure sensor/cushion filled with silicone are included in the system.
