Rear Door Limiter: Service and Repair

Door stop rear side door, replacing

Removing the door stop for the rear side door
The window must be closed.





Remove:
- the door panel. See Panel rear side door, replacing Panel Rear Side Door, Replacing
- soundproofing.




- one screw (2)
- the two nuts (3).




Twist the door stop (4) carefully to remove it through the opening.

Installing the door stop for the rear side door

Note! For tightening torques, see Specifications [1][2]Body and Frame.

Install:
- the door stop
- 2 M6 nuts. Tighten
- 1 M8 screw. Tighten
- the soundproofing
- the door panel. See Panel rear side door, replacing Panel Rear Side Door, Replacing.
